Clean and staff was easy to approach

Location was great! it was a walking distance to Namba station, Dotonbori, Shinsekai. There's a 7-11 downstairs which was great! Many restaurants and near shopping areas. The room was bigger than usual in Japan, we even have a massage chair in our room. There's unlimited drinks in the lounge for guests. It's value for money. One of the few hotels that accept 3 people in one room.

The hotel came with a drink bar on the 2nd floor, which is the lobby area. It has two washers and three dryers. Easy check out, just drop your card in there. You can also choose a wide variety of shampoo and conditioner by the drink bar area. If you can read Japanese, you can also read a selection of manga that they have by the drink bar, either if you just want to relax in the lobby area or while waiting for your clothes to dry. Their lobby has plenty of seats for you to accommodate yourself with. Also, smoking area is just right outside the building. If you get in through Anna's Coffee and see the elevator, there's another door that leads outside and that's where the smoking area is. Also, it's in Denden Town, which is pretty much the anime town. It's also a close walk to nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. It's also convenient to have 7eleven right there so you can grab a quick bite when you're on the way somewhere or when you're feeling like taking a snack during the night. 7eleven also is the only convenience store that has ATM that works with most foreign cards. If you didn't have breakfast with your booking, you can purchase breakfast tickets on the lobby. Their breakfast selection was plenty enough, much better than your typical American continental breakfast for a hotel that is easy on your wallet! To add, even if they have a plethora of bath stuff in the lobby, they still have body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided inside your room. Also other Toiletries such as a brush, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer, etc.

Best value for money hotel of my life! close to the station, comfortable beds, clean, exceptional service, they speak very good English, there is a free drink bar and that made me want to come back again and again! There is a laundry room that is easily accessible and cheap, there is even powdered soap there, there are several types of cosmetics to choose from and a wonderful reception room, an economical and wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Osaka.

Excellent service, friendly and polite staff, very clean room and the entire hotel. Hotel location is close to everything and we loved the free breakfast and 24hrs free hot and cold drinks. So much choices of different shampoos and conditioners for free at the reception area. The Hotel Hillarys rate is so much cheaper compared to other hotel in the area. We highly recommend this Hotel and definitely will stay here.
